About the Role
You'll play a key role in supporting recruitment and HR operations, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and employees. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.

As a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
  
• Manage job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
  
• Support onboarding and induction processes.
  
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  
• Assist with HR projects and compliance tasks.
  

What you need to succeed

• Experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
  
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
