As a Lead AI Native Full-Stack Developer, you will pioneer the integration of generative AI into real-world applications, guiding customers from early experimentation to production-ready systems that deliver measurable value.

Lead AI Native Full-Stack Developer
As a Lead AI Native Full-Stack Developer, you will pioneer the integration of generative AI into real-world applications, guiding customers from early experimentation to production-ready systems that deliver measurable value.
What You Will Do
- Design and build AI-powered solutions end to end: from prototypes to production services and, ideally, the frontends and tools around them.
- Work with modern GenAI techniques (LLMs, RAG, agents, tool-use, evaluation / guardrails) and integrate them into existing systems and workflows.
- Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with customers, turning fuzzy problems into clear, actionable roadmaps.
- Own delivery: write clean, testable code, design scalable cloud architectures, and make sure what we build can be operated in the real world.
- Act as an AI advisor: run workshops, pair with customer teams, and help them reskill and adopt AI sustainably instead of just shipping PoCs.
- Contribute to our wider community: share learnings with colleagues, and when possible, speak, write or demo in public forums.
