At Midagon, we believe that a well-functioning office and smooth processes are the backbone of a thriving culture. As our People and Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring everything at the office runs seamlessly — from welcoming our employees and guests to supporting our People team and sales operations. This is a full-time position that requires your presence at our Keilaniemi office 3–4 days per week.
About Your Role
Your role is dynamic and varied, covering three main areas:
People & Culture Support
- Assist with a range of HR tasks and processes such as recruitment, onboarding and payroll
- Coordinate gifts and recognition for milestones and special occasions
- Support organising internal and external events
- Keep our office running smoothly and create a welcoming, productive environment
- Manage meeting rooms and support office equipment
- Handle purchases and organise coffee and refreshments
- Maintain vendor relations
- Maintain accurate client and project data in our systems to support the sales team
- Support CRM updates and reporting
- Support and act as a backup for the invoicing process
- Experience from closely supporting business and understanding of how to best add value to it
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Hands-on approach to work and good problem-solving skills
- Experience in sales assistance, office coordination and/or HR support
- Basic IT skills and confidence with systems and devices
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, extra point for fluent Swedish
- High energy and true passion for supporting business to succeed
- Ability to establish and maintain positive collaborative working relationships with management, colleagues and other stakeholders
- Responsible and service-oriented mindset
- Tolerance for uncertainty and ambiguity, ability to take initiative
- Easy-going, flexible personality with appreciation for humor
