Senior Software Engineer - Rack Management

We’re partnered with a leading semicon company who are looking for a seasoned software engineer to take a leading role in designing, building, and launching rack-level management software for AI accelerator systems in modern data centers.

You’ll work across the full stack of provisioning, monitoring, orchestration, and lifecycle automation for diverse hardware and software environments.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and deliver scalable, reliable, and highly available software systems for distributed infrastructure.
• Build high-performance services and components with strong emphasis on concurrency, throughput, and fault tolerance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create solutions that integrate seamlessly with orchestration platforms and cloud-native workflows.
• Develop APIs, automation tooling, and end-to-end workflows that streamline provisioning, monitoring, and lifecycle operations.
• Implement telemetry, logging, and observability pipelines to ensure system health and surface issues proactively.
• Apply security and multi-tenancy best practices, including network segmentation and resource QoS.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical documentation, and ongoing platform improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing software for distributed systems or infrastructure platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Go; C++ experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and systems.
• Hands-on experience with concurrency (threads, processes, synchronization) and building high-performance systems.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Exposure to rack-management technologies and hardware interfaces (Redfish, IPMI) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of AI workload orchestration frameworks (e.g., Kubeflow) is a bonus.
