Manager Corporate Finance & Development

An international Scale-up company is looking for a Senior Corporate Finance Manager to join their team. The role will deliver both Corporate Finance initiatives and and Strategic Finance projects for the development and growth of the business.

This role will run M&A analysis and processes including execution of transactions, and PMI projects. You will build financial models for portfolio companies and subsidiaries, including KPIs & Financial Reporting and Controlling. You will develop and influence strategy for group companies at group and local level, including associated finance and budgeting requirements.

The role will also get involved in strategic projects including collaborating with key functions including commercial teams and FP&A to align goals and drive initiatives.

Your experience:

• 5+ years' experience in a corporate finance and strategic position, ideally in a consulting role, (e.g. Big4 Consulting) or similar e.g. Private Equity, or Banking
• Experience building Financial models and KPIs, developing controlling and reporting processes
• M&A experience across all stages of the transaction, from analysis, due-diligence, supporting negotiations, and Post-Merger integration projects
• Understanding of Finance Business Intelligence, Controlling & Management Reporting, and experience building financial models
• Experience with Strategic Finance, Business Development, or Corporate Finance in a high-growth scale-up environment
