What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend systems.
- Work with microservices architecture and ensure high system performance and reliability.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and data integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and containerized deployment workflows (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Apply DevOps practices and support secure software development practices.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting as part of the Agile development process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- 2+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Java, microservices architecture, and backend optimization.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and security principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level).
- Experience in telco or fintech projects is considered a strong advantage.
