We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our R&D team.

About the role

As a key member of Billo's R&D and product team, you'll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-moving AI-powered creator marketplace. You'll drive execution of our product roadmap, working closely with designers, software, and data engineers. Your ability to translate undefined needs from the team and clients into clear plans, concrete tasks, and timely solutions will be critical. You'll balance technical details with business needs, ensuring improved customer experience and platform efficiency. Success requires strong ownership, excellent coordination and communication skills, practical problem-solving, and the ability to navigate in uncertainty. You'll be the connector between creative visionaries, technical teams, and business stakeholders, shaping Billo's future.

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Oversee the full end-to-end cycle of product improvements and new features - from vision and requirements gathering through launch and stable operation.
• Collaborate closely with the CPO, designers, engineers, and other teams to transform multiple ideas and needs into clear, executable action plans.
• Manage multiple parallel projects for product improvement.
• Plan, prioritize tasks, set realistic deadlines, track progress, identify bottlenecks, and keep the team on track.
• Gather and consolidate feedback from internal teams and clients, structuring it into clear requirements and tasks for designers and developers.
• Be a key communication hub: ensure everyone knows what's happening, who's responsible, and what's next. Close communication gaps.
• Drive accountability and maintain organization with tools (Notion/Figma/Miro & others), contributing to continuous process improvement.

What we're looking for

• Project management/product development experience focused on planning, coordination, and delivering results in fast-changing environments. 
• Experience with Project management tools like Notion & Miro or others. 
• Ability to work with product development teams (designers, engineers, analysts), translating ideas and business needs into concrete actions.
• Experience or great understanding of data analysis, visualization, and user tracking tools and practices (including Hotjar, Mixpanel, or others).
• Strong organizational and structuring skills: ability to bring order to chaos.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills: listen, bring people together, bridge gaps between creative, technical, and business teams.
• Startup or similar 'hustle' environment experience, where speed, experimentation, and practical problem-solving matter.
• High sense of responsibility and accountability: when we commit, we deliver. Ability to gently but firmly keep the team on track. 
• Understanding of digital marketing/advertising or curiosity and willingness to quickly learn about ads, performance, and the creator ecosystem.
