As a part of the Dyninno Group’s FinTech sector we are looking for an additional team member to join us within EcoFinance division.


EcoFinance is a dynamic and rapidly growing fintech company with operations across Europe and Southeast Asia. Currently, we are active in Moldova, Romania, and the Philippines, with plans for expansion into new markets. We specialize in consumer lending, offering innovative financial solutions that empower individuals and businesses alike.


We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Specialist to support the HR Director in daily work processes for multiple locations of the EcoFinance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with diverse HR-related tasks and projects and has a creative mindset and can-do attitude.


Responsibilities:

  • Work in close cooperation with HR Director in various HR projects and initiatives across all locations;
  • Assist in global HR process execution, for example, onboarding, recruitment administration, performance review;
  • Oversee the processing and coordination of service agreements and other external or internal cooperation to maintain smooth workflows, ensure all stakeholders timely involvement and information sharing, addressing any related questions or updates;
  • Take part in managing HR processes related to new locations openings, including coordinating recruitment efforts, facilitating onboarding processes, setting up HR operations, and ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations;
  • Develop and maintain internal HR materials by drafting process flows, updating employee handbooks, and ensuring accuracy, accessibility and alignment;
  • Monitor and assist in scheduling employee vacations, ensuring proper tracking and adherence to company policies;
  • Organize and coordinate employee recognition initiatives, including birthday celebrations and gifts, as well as assist in planning and executing such events such as team-building activities, corporate dinners management planning sessions for both the Riga office and other locations.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination, administrative roles, or a similar position, demonstrating familiarity with HR processes and practices;
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills as the company is international and has foreign employees and partners, and the nature of the work requires close cooperation with them;
  • Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR management software or systems;
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and resolve challenges independently.


There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every candidate we meet. We don't want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the monthly salary for this role starts from 1800 EUR gross per month depending on your skills and experience.
