YOUR ROLE

• Analyze business requirements and define use cases aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct SWOT analysis to select the most suitable AI/GenAI solutions.
• Assess the data landscape and evaluate data maturity to ensure readiness for AI integration.
• Design, train, test, and deploy AI models, including Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, tailored to business needs.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (PoC) and deliver impactful demonstrations to large audiences.
• Optimize models and manage hyperparameters for maximum performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests for data pipelines to ensure robustness and accuracy.
• Validate data transformations and workflows through testing.
• Explore and implement agent-based architectures for complex, multi-step tasks.
• Perform rigorous validation and testing of models, including accuracy, bias detection, and stress testing, to ensure reliability before deployment.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field + 5 years of experience in a engineering field.
• Strong understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and actionable insights.
• Familiarity with data maturity assessment, data governance, and large-scale data processing.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) models and frameworks (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) and familiarity with Agentic AI concepts for autonomous workflows.
• Expression problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication abilities.
• Fluency in French and in English.
