Inriver PM Business Consultant

Inriver PM Business Consultant Required:

We are seeking a Certified Inriver PM Business Consultant with proven expertise in Product Information Management (PIM) systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain knowledge, strong technical acumen, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver tailored solutions that optimize business processes and add value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Inriver’s PIM system to deliver business consulting services that align with client objectives.
• Provide expert guidance in Inriver PIM domains, including Syndication and Print functionality.
• Lead PIM data modeling initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient system performance.
• Design and implement Inriver PIM solutions on the Azure platform, leveraging knowledge of Azure capabilities to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of customer business processes and value requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement and value creation.
• Facilitate data modeling and process design workshops, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions.
• Perform data mapping and validation, ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Develop and document End-to-End Business Processes in PIM with a focus on seamless IT implementation and user adoption.
• Partner with clients to define, refine, and streamline business requirements, ensuring alignment with PIM capabilities and supporting systems.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions within the PIM ecosystem, integrating with applications such as Optimizely to enhance marketing and eCommerce processes.
• Leverage a deep understanding of the Marketing Technology stack and End-to-End eCommerce processes to design comprehensive PIM solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as Certified Inriver PIM Consultant with extensive experience in PIM systems and processes.
• Proficiency in data modeling, syndication, and print functionality within the Inriver ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of the Azure platform and its role in implementing and supporting PIM solutions.
• Proven ability to analyze and document business process requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience leading workshops for data modeling, process design, and system implementation.
• Skilled in data mapping, validation, and ensuring data quality in multi-system environments.
• Ability to create detailed documentation of business processes and provide actionable insights for IT implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of guiding businesses through complex implementations.
• Familiarity with supporting applications like Optimizely and a comprehensive understanding of the Marketing Technology stack.
