Senior Network Engineer (CCNP Certified)

Schedule: Mon–Thu (9 hours), Fri (4 hours)

We are seeking an experienced CCNP-certified Network Engineer to join a high-performing technical environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex network operations, values stability, and wants to contribute to long-term, mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement network solutions aligned with requirements and industry best practices.
• Assess and enhance network architecture for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Configure and deploy routers, switches, and access points.
• Monitor network performance, proactively resolving issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform capacity planning and recommend upgrades for future growth.
• Provide 3rd-level support and collaborate with operations to resolve complex incidents.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in project planning and network design discussions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Network Engineer.
• Cisco CCNP certification (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, and QoS.
• Proven experience with network hardware and software configuration.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Must hold EU citizenship
• NATO Secret Clearance is a strong advantage.
