Job Description
We are seeking a Test / QA Specialist to join our self-managing Scrum team, which includes two Full Stack Developers. This team is responsible for delivering and managing solutions with a focus on web apps and hybrid apps. You will work closely with the Product Owners of different applications and the Team Leader of M&F-IT/Development/Microsoft and BOO-IT/Mobile Solutions. The Test / QA Specialist plays a crucial role in developing Mobile First applications within the Defense sector. By engaging in quality-conscious and positively critical dialogue with other team members, you will ensure that quality is not taken for granted. Your persistence and persuasiveness will be key in emphasizing the importance of quality, thereby acting as a catalyst for quality improvements.
Main Responsibilities
Kandidaat heeft minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare, recente werkervaring (opgedaan in de afgelopen jaar) met het ontwikkelen van native apps in Objective-C (iOS) en Java (Android). werkzaamheden dienen tot de hoofdtaak te hebben behoord tijdens het project/werkverband.
Kandidaat heeft een diploma op HBO-niveau of hoger of vergelijkbare certificering gelijkgesteld aan HBO Niveau
Kandidaat beheerst Nederlandse taal, vloeiend in woord en geschrift. Deze eis wordt getoetst in het toelichtend gesprek.
Kandidaat heeft een opleiding afgerond op het gebied van testmethoden en -technieken: ISTQB of TMAP.
Kandidaat heeft minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met testen zowel handmatig als geautomatiseerd in een software- ontwikkelteam (5 jaar)
Kandidaat heeft minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare, recente werkervaring (opgedaan in de afgelopen 3 jaar) als ontwikkelaar in een agile Scrumteam van minimaal 4 personen. (2 jaar)
Kandidaat heeft minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare, recente werkervaring (opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar) als Teamlead in een agile Scrumteam van minimaal 4 personen. (3 jaar)
