We are 180+ InnoTechers, and we want your talent as a Back-End Developer (.NET).

Your Mission Will Be

Developing clean and reliable .NET C# code with a strong focus on quality, testing, and maintainability;
Consistently delivering functional, high-quality software while collaborating closely with the engineering team;
Designing features that align with the service architecture, ensuring consistency and avoiding duplication;
Reviewing code with constructive feedback on readability, structure, and best practices;
Updating documentation and ensuring logs are properly implemented at the right level.

You Will Need

4+ years of hands-on experience working with C#.NET;
Understanding of microservice architectures and experience working in Agile environments;
Familiarity with event-driven tools like Kafka, Pulsar, or RabbitMQ;
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly within a technical team;
CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

Experience with NoSQL technologies such as Elasticsearch, DynamoDB, MongoDB, or Redis;
Good understanding of debugging fundamentals and related tools;
Ability to suggest structural improvements and share knowledge with the team;
Background working with distributed systems or event-streaming architectures;
BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
