AI Engineer (Healthcare Technology)

We've partnered with leading healthcare providers to build the next generation of AI-powered tools for hospitals. Their mission is to use artificial intelligence to reduce administrative workloads and help medical professionals focus patient care.

What You'll Do

• Build and deploy AI features that support hospital workflows.
• Work across the stack, backend (Node.js, Python), frontend (React), and AI integrations (LLMs, NLP).
• Develop tools for document summarization, intelligent search, and data-driven dashboards.
• Create internal AI tools that enhance team efficiency.
• Work in a fast-paced, agile environment, testing ideas quickly and learning from real user feedback.

What They're Looking For

• Experience with Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Python.
• Knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, and NLP.
• Familiarity with cloud or on-premise model deployments, vector databases, and MLOps/LLMOps.
• Interest in healthcare AI and creating real-world impact.
• Self-driven, hands-on, and collaborative.
• Fluent in Swiss German/German and English.
• Ideally, experience in hospital or healthcare technologies.

They cannot sponsor a visa. Must be a Swiss/EU national or hold a valid Swiss work permit; ideally already residing in Switzerland.
