Scrum Master

We are currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support agile teams within a leading bank. The ideal candidate is a proactive facilitator with a solid technical background and a proven track record of driving delivery in complex, multi-team environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and support two agile teams in effectively applying Scrum and SAFe practices
• Facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure transparency across teams
• Manage dependencies and ensure alignment within the broader program
• Foster collaboration with demanding stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvement and promote agile best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master
• Hands-on background in software development or business analysis
• SAFe Scrum Master certification (or higher SAFe certification)
• Strong dependency and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in banking or financial services
• English required; German is a plus
