Introduction

The Head of HR Projects & Process Efficiency plays a critical role in driving implementation excellence across key HR initiatives. This role translates strategic HR priorities into operational execution, enhances workforce insights, and ensures that HR processes and systems are efficient, scalable, and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS automation initiatives to improve accuracy, speed, and user experience.
• Identify and resolve system gaps and inefficiencies.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of major HR initiatives and cross-functional programs.
• Deliver comprehensive HR reports and insights for the CPO, ELT, Finance, and regional leadership.
• Improve visibility into workforce trends, risks, and performance across the organization.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
• Maintain and enhance the global salary benchmark database.
• Conduct annual market calibration using industry surveys and compensation intelligence tools.
• Partner with Finance, Social Controlling, and HRBPs to align compensation with strategy and budgets.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as an HR Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and HR-related tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a global organization in a similar role.
• Advanced English; and knowledge of another language is a plus.
