Travel: The role may involve up to 60% domestic and international travel

As a Clinical Specialist (m/f/x)* For Switzerland In The Dental Care Division, You Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. Here, You Will Make An Impact By
- Serving as subject matter expert for Solventum's Dental Solutions
- Strong collaboration with the sales and marketing team to achieve business growth
- Developing and managing strong communication with local Key Opinion Leaders and Channel Partners
- Strong collaboration with Area Scientific Affairs & Education team
- Managing and operating trainings, events, and activities for the end users (dentists and channel partners)
- Following up of regulations and requirements for the division specific products
- Collaborating with colleagues to innovate, influence, and/or negotiate when required
To succeed in this role, Solventum seeks candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- University degree in Medical Dentistry
- Experience as a Dentist Practitioner or in a Dental Product company
- Willingness to work for Commercial B2B healthcare market in a multinational and corporate environment
- Strong commercial awareness and initiative taker mindset
- Fluency in German, English and French
- Accuracy and judgment to make practical changes whenever required while doing the actual implementation of scientific affairs strategies
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a result-oriented approach
- Italian language is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office Package
- Good presentation skills
