Job Description
This role sits within the Sweden QC team, reporting to the GM of Quick Commerce, Sweden. You will be required to monitor business performance, drive monthly reporting, run deep dives, and support key strategic initiatives across shops and dmarts (dark stores). In addition the scope will include alignment on KPIs, performance trackers, and cross-functional projects, enabling data-driven decision-making and timely course corrections.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead daily/ weekly/monthly business reviews
- Build and maintain critical performance trackers and reports
- Support monthly OKR & KPI review along with P&L review, Risk & Opportunities, and Budget planning with finance.
- Conduct ad-hoc deep dives on deviations in key KPIs or P&L.
- Investigate under/overperformance and document insights.
- Support assortment, pricing, and item-level testing with analysis and P&L impact.
- Drive corrective actions and share learnings (e.g., operational disruptions).
- Lead special projects, business cases, and P&L simulations
- Align milestones, targets, and timelines across functions for campaigns.
- Partner with Data Analytics to ensure critical dashboards and reports are available.
- Coordinate pricing and loyalty subscription-related updates with regional teams.
- Contribute to OKR and KPI target-setting and quarterly strategy planning.
- Provide performance insights for strategic initiatives; GM holds final ownership.
- 3-4 years+ of consulting experience or in strategy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven.
- High attention to detail and structured working style.
- Proficient in Google Slides; strong presentation skills.
- Proactive communicator; able to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Independent, hands-on, and highly motivated.
- Experience in consulting, strategy, business development, e-commerce, or tech (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Swedish is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL, Looker Studio, or Tableau is a plus.
