We are looking for " Engineering Manager " to join our Engineering Division, based at our headquarters in Istanbul.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a large, multi-disciplinary team of engineering managers and lead engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process, I&C, etc.).
• Assume full responsibility for the project's engineering execution, including schedule management, budget control, and man-hour planning.
• Chair key technical meetings and act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, construction partners, and key vendors.
• Drive the resolution of complex inter-disciplinary interface issues and technical challenges.
• Ensure all engineering deliverables (drawings, specifications, calculations) meet project requirements, industry standards, and quality criteria.
• Oversee the FEED verification and detailed engineering phases, ensuring a seamless transition from design to construction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in the EPC sector, with a proven track record of managing engineering for large-scale power plant projects (CCPP, Thermal, or similar).
• Demonstrable experience leading large, multi-disciplinary engineering teams is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of project execution, engineering workflows, and interface management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
