Ticimax, e-commerce technology in Turkey and Europe, is looking for a Senior Mobile Product Manager to lead our mobile experience across thousands of merchants and millions of users. Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of mobile product management experience, preferably in technology, e-commerce, or SaaS, with proven experience in mobile-first product development. Experience in e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or similar) is preferred.
• Strategic Thinker: Able to develop and align product roadmaps with broader business objectives.
• Customer-Centric: Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving real-world challenges.
• Tech-Savvy: Solid understanding of software development processes, APIs, and agile methodologies.
• Data-Driven: Skilled in using analytics tools and running A/B tests to inform decisions.
• Collaborative Leader: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
• Excellent Communicator: Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Curious and Proactive: Always learning, adapting, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

Additional Strengths Added:

• Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento or similar ecosystems is a strong advantage.
• Ability to define a long-term mobile strategy aligned with company goals.
• Strong ownership mindset for mobile growth and merchant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Able to lead the team through an end-to-end e-commerce project process,
• Capable of preparing a roadmap and breaking down the stages of Product Development,
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and feasibility.
• Willing to take full ownership of the product and continuously enhance it with new features,
• Understanding and defining customer needs through market research, product comparisons, and test groups,
• Experienced in advancing UI/UX designs, preparing mockups, and collaborating closely with development teams,
• Leverage user feedback and performance data to guide product improvements.
• Clearly communicate product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Lead successful product launches with cross-functional alignment.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Partner closely with engineering to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Capable of creating OKRs and tracking goals and metrics.
