About the role:

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for the new game's lifecycle. You will closely monitor the game data in every aspect and optimize it.

Requirements

Technical & Mathematical Foundation

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar.
• Advanced SQL & Python: Must be able to query complex datasets and write scripts for reproducible analysis.
• Statistical Rigor: Excellent grasp of probability, statistics, and simulation techniques.

Game Economy & Product Experience

• Economy Systems: Experience creating game economies from concept to launch (sinks, sources, inflation control).
• Monetization: Track record of optimizing IAP and Ad monetization strategies to boost LTV and ARPU.
• Experimentation: Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and result interpretation.

Analytical Skills

• Market Intelligence: Passion for mobile gaming with a keen eye for market trends and competitor analysis.
• Communication: Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for documenting logic and collaborating with design teams.

Pluses

• Playing strategy, Idle or RPG games is a big plus — familiarity with the genres we create makes a real difference.
• If you’ve played The Army and explored the game. If not, now it is a great time to start!
• Shipped at least one game and have a proven track record
