Role Overview

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI agents using a variety of LLMs, SLMs, and other AI tools. You’ll collaborate with our mobile and backend teams to integrate intelligent features into our platform and help shape the future of AI-driven learning.

Responsibilities

• Agent Development: Create, fine-tune, and maintain AI agents using LLMs/SLMs, diffusion models for tasks like tutoring, content generation, and interactive Q&A.

• API & Service Layer: Build and maintain Python-based web services (FastAPI, Flask, etc.) to expose AI functionality.

• Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and iterate on prompts to optimize model performance and user experience.

• Integration: Embed AI agents into our Flutter and web applications, ensuring seamless user workflows.

• Infrastructure: Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitor deployments, and ensure reliability and scalability of AI services.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Python expertise: 2+ years of professional experience writing clean, maintainable Python code.

• Framework experience: Hands-on with LangChain, OpenRouter, FastAPI, Flask, or similar Python web frameworks.

• Prompt engineering: Proven ability to craft and refine prompts for various LLM/SLM models.

• Retrieval & agents: Familiarity and hands on experience with Agentic Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG architectures, MCP frameworks, A2A protocol concepts, and fine-tuning techniques.

• Reinforcement Learning: Familiarity and hands on experience with concepts like policies, trajectories, “reward and return” etc.

• Backend development: Solid experience building RESTful/GraphQL APIs and microservices.

• Published AI app: At least one publicly available application featuring AI integration.

• DevOps & Cloud: Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying services on AWS, GCP, Azure, or BaaS platforms.

• Programming fundamentals: Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, version control (Git), testing practices, and secure coding standards.
