OVERVIEW
eTeam is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of implementation projects across our workforce solutions and staffing operations. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on project management experience, be PRINCE2 Foundation certified, and bring strong organizational and communication skills with senior stakeholders. Experience in the staffing, HR, or workforce solutions industry is highly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of goals, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare project documentation including scope, plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Track project progress using PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com).
- Lead regular project meetings, document minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Identify risks and issues early, recommending preventive and corrective actions.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Maintain consistent communication with leadership regarding progress, KPIs, and outcomes.
- Support process improvement initiatives related to project governance and delivery methodology.
Qualifications
- PRINCE2 Foundation certification is mandatory.
- 1–2 years of hands-on project management experience (full lifecycle management required).
- Experience in the staffing/HR/workforce solutions industry strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and documentation practices.
- Familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver on tight timelines
