Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of cloud and on-premise systems, with a strong focus on Azure environments, DevOps automation, and VVIP client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot DevOps tools and pipelines.
- Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
- Implement and maintain Terraform scripts for infrastructure as code.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and standard operational procedures.
- Handle network configurations and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Provide VVIP support, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system reliability and performance improvements.
- Document systems, processes, and incidents for knowledge sharing and audit purposes.
