Director, Qualitative Research

We are now looking for an experienced Qualitative Research Director to head our Qualitative department in Dubai.
In this role, you’ll turn complex puzzles into clear pictures. By collecting, researching, and analysing data, you’ll uncover patterns and dilemmas that help businesses make smarter decisions. Your insights will guide strategies and shape the future for our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Interpret qualitative research data to tell compelling stories and identify patterns.
- Deliver analysis and forecasting to support organisational improvements.
- Collect, organise, and present data for internal teams as well as key clients.
- Produce qualitative research reports while showcasing qualitative models, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Lead qualitative research projects, manage P&L, and manage a team of 10+ direct and indirect reports.
The ideal skills & experience:
- Proven experience in qualitative research and data interpretation.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with qualitative data.
- Excellent client partnership and ability to manage clients expectations.
- Ability to manage projects and mentor team members.
- Skilled in developing reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and relations management abilities.
