Computer Vision Engineer

We are working with rapidly growing AI company that’s redefining how enterprises across banking, fintech, and e-commerce use intelligent automation and risk management solutions. With operations spanning across APAC and Latin America, they’re expanding their R&D team with an Algorithm Engineer passionate about advancing Computer Vision and Machine Learning innovation.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing algorithms that power next-generation AI products — particularly in areas like biometric verification, facial recognition, and liveness detection. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside top engineers and researchers in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize computer vision algorithms for eKYC and biometric verification solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical outputs with product and business needs.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Ensure algorithmic solutions comply with data privacy, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience, in developing and deploying algorithms for real-world applications in Computer Vision.
• Strong background in algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming (Python preferred). ML Framework: Pytorch
• Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Banking or financial services experience is nice to have.
