Korea Town is looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, empower the sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will take full ownership of store performance, driving sales, elevating service standards, and ensuring the store reflects the vibrant identity of the Korea Town brand. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead daily store operations and monitor key performance indicators to drive results.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team while effectively managing schedules and task assignments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, identify growth opportunities, and improve store performance.
- Train staff on skincare, makeup, customer service essentials, and brand standards.
- Handle customer complaints, escalations, and service recovery with professionalism.
- Oversee stock levels, inventory accuracy, and product ordering to ensure full availability.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure a clean, engaging, and brand-aligned store environment.
- Prepare and review daily and weekly sales reports, sharing insights to improve performance.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably within beauty, skincare, or fashion retail.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, with confidence in interacting with customers and staff.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand KPIs and drive operational decisions.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and Korean trends is a strong advantage.
