The ideal candidate will serve as the focal point for Performance & Business Intelligence across the organization, acting as the key interface between leadership teams and business units. This role will drive the design and implementation of performance management and analytics frameworks—defining enterprise KPIs, building cross-functional dashboards, and establishing robust data governance—to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. The candidate will proactively gather, model, and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps, translating insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen execution and outcomes. They will champion BI tools and performance routines, orchestrate reporting cadences, and foster a data‑driven culture that supports informed decision‑making at all levels.


Objective:


To lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide performance management and business intelligence strategies that enable data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. The role is responsible for designing robust performance frameworks, implementing advanced analytics solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. By delivering actionable insights and aligning performance metrics with strategic goals, the Lead ensures organizational agility, transparency, and sustained growth.


Description:


Performance Reviews & Target Alignment:

  • Plan quarterly reviews by scheduling sessions with department heads and preparing standardized agendas that focus on KPI variances and action plans.
  • Contribute to corrective action planning by providing data-driven insights and guiding departments through root-cause analysis exercises.
  • Implement alignment processes by embedding regulatory checklists and safety standards into departmental scorecards and KPIs.

Assess target feasibility by consulting with Finance and Operations teams to validate resource availability and operational constraints.


HSE & Compliance:

  • Ensure team compliance with HSSEQ policies by monitoring safe work practices, addressing risks, and reinforcing quality and environmental standards. Support incident reporting, promote risk awareness, and maintain readiness to coordinate initial emergency response actions as per the Emergency Response Plan.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.


Reporting:

  • Prepare sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet GHC and department requirements, policies, and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Master’s degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited university is preferred.


Minimum Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in Business Analytics, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical):

  • KPI Framework Design & Governance – Expertise in defining, cascading, and standardizing KPIs at corporate, departmental, and individual levels to align with strategic objectives.
  • Dashboard Development (Power BI / Tableau) – Advanced capability to design and implement interactive dashboards and scorecards, enabling real-time performance monitoring and executive decision support.
  • Data Quality & Integrity Management – Skilled in validating source data, applying control mechanisms, and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of performance reporting.
  • Performance Analysis & Insights – Strong ability to analyze trends, benchmark performance against industry standards, and translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Strategic Alignment – Adept at linking KPIs and performance outcomes to organizational strategy, safety objectives, and regulatory requirements.

Change & Culture Enablement – Ability to drive adoption of performance frameworks across the organization, fostering a data-driven and accountability-based culture.
