In this role, you will gain real-world experience in managing projects, developing internal processes, and improving product workflows, all while playing a key part in shaping how M365Consult scales its operations.
What You will Be Doing
Project & Product Management
- Assist in defining project scopes and objectives to improve our consulting and recruitment operations.
- Help with process automation and workflow optimization, leveraging AI and digital tools.
- Work on task prioritization and resource allocation for ongoing projects.
- Support product development efforts, identifying ways to enhance our Microsoft-focused solutions and services.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to refine internal dashboards and tracking tools.
- Contribute to market research and competitor analysis for strategic product planning.
- Document processes to standardize operations (SOPs, SOWs, and internal playbooks).
- Identify bottlenecks in consulting, recruitment, and onboarding workflows and propose improvements.
- Engage with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to streamline collaboration and delivery.
- Support the automation of candidate and client management to enhance efficiency.
- Track key metrics and help ensure project alignment with company objectives.
- A strong interest in startups, project management, operations, and IT or Microsoft-focused recruitment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to spot inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- A proactive problem-solver who can work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational, research, and documentation skills.
- Interest in building scalable processes for a growing consulting company.
- Hands-on experience in managing business operations within a fast-growing Microsoft consulting startup.
- Exposure to real-world project, product, and operations management.
