- 3+ years professional Python with strong coding, testing, and debugging skills.
- Comfort with async programming, performance optimization, and refactoring best practices.
- Familiar with Python’s ecosystem (packaging, tooling, linters, formatters).
- Excellent problem-solving and English communication.
