The Scrum Master facilitates agile ceremonies, improves team flow, and removes impediments to delivery. You’ll partner with engineers, QA, product owners, and platform teams to shape predictable, value-focused iterations while supporting alignment with AHEAD’s AI-enabled product direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews/demos, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Scrum/Kanban practices, WIP limits, and continuous improvement.
• Track delivery metrics (throughput, cycle time, defect rates) and drive actionable insights.
• Partner with product owners on backlog health, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, environment readiness, and change management.
• Promote quality practices (definition of done, unit testing, CI gates) and operational readiness.
• Support documentation standards and transparent communication with stakeholders.
  
  

Education And Experience

• Minimum Required – Bachelor's Degree.
• 4+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Lead; certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus.
  
  

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of agile frameworks and scaling patterns; practical, outcomes-oriented mindset.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Kubernetes-based delivery, and cloud operations to support planning.
• Understanding of REST services and data platforms to coordinate test and release activities.
• Experience working with distributed teams across India and US time zones.
• Exposure to AI-driven product work and experimentation processes is a plus.
