Job Title: Backend Developer

Experience: 3–6 Years

Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack / Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Rust, or a backend engineer who is very strong in backend fundamentals and willing to learn Rust.

Key Responsibilities

Develop backend services and APIs using Rust or be willing to learn Rust quickly
Work with frameworks like Actix, Axum, Rocket, or Warp
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
Develop frontend modules using React.js (Hooks, components)
Work with Node.js for backend tasks or middleware where needed
Implement microservices, REST APIs, async architecture
Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning
Collaborate with product, QA, and development teams
Deploy and maintain services on cloud (AWS preferred)

Required Skills

Strong backend development experience (Rust OR Node OR Go OR Java OR Python)
Hands-on experience with Rust is a major advantage
Experience with React.js or Node.js
Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, async programming
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
