What we're looking for:

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, integrating AI models with existing systems via APIs, and contributing to NLP and computer vision-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong foundations in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision, with the ability to design, deploy, and maintain scalable AI-driven features in production environments.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement RAG-based architectures combining LLMs with document retrieval systems.
• Build and optimize embedding generation, vector database storage, and context retrieval pipelines.
• Integrate AI components with existing web applications via RESTful APIs or FastAPI/Django/Flask frameworks.
• Develop, test, and maintain backend endpoints for AI-powered features.
• Work with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or other LLM providers to fine-tune and deploy model endpoints.
• Handle data ingestion, transformation, and indexing from multiple sources (databases, files, APIs).
• Develop and deploy computer vision models for tasks such as image classification, object detection, or visual search.
• Collaborate with frontend, data, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth model deployment and performance monitoring.
• Maintain proper version control, logging, and error-handling for AI services in production.
• Optimize latency and response quality in real-time AI inference pipelines.

Required skills & qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience developing and deploying ML/NLP and Computer Vision solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar RAG orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or Weaviate.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) into production systems.
• Experience with computer vision libraries such as OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or YOLO.
• Good understanding of embeddings, prompt engineering, and context retrieval techniques.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and basic data modeling concepts.

Good to have:

• Exposure to MLOps practices (MLflow, DVC, Docker, CI/CD).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and observability frameworks for AI APIs.
• Experience integrating multimodal AI models (text + image).
