About The Team/role
99 Creative Hub is looking for an Art Director to join our multidisciplinary and diverse team.
We are looking for a proactive, curious, and detail-oriented Art Director to develop and execute creative ideas across multiple touchpoints. This role will be responsible for building a cohesive design system that supports our brand strategy and business growth.
The Art Director will collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, strategists, and marketing teams to craft impactful visual narratives for campaigns, products, and brand initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines aesthetic sensibility, conceptual thinking, and technical expertise — transforming creative briefs into ideas that connect with people and strengthen the brand.

In this role, you'll be...
- Translate creative concepts and briefs into compelling visual executions.
- Design and coordinate assets for digital channels (social media, CRM, display) and offline media (OOH, events, brand activations).
- Contribute with fresh ideas and perspectives in brainstorm sessions.
- Ensure visual consistency and adherence to 99’s brand guidelines.
- Support the creation of presentations and campaign decks.
- Collaboration & Execution
- Work side by side with copywriters, motion designers, and content teams.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners when needed.
- Present and defend creative work with clarity and confidence.
- Quality & Innovation
- Maintain a high creative standard and attention to detail in every deliverable.
- Stay up to date with design, culture, and technology trends to inspire new approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
- Proven experience (1–4 years) as an Art Director, Designer, or similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing concept development, visual storytelling, and design craft.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Understanding of layout, typography, and composition principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Proactive attitude, openness to feedback, and desire to learn and grow.
- Intermediate English proficiency for communication with international teams and global partners
