AI/ ML Engineer (Generative AI & Autonomous Systems)

Join a leading team to accelerate growth within the autonomous systems and simulation domain. You will design and implement advanced AI solutions focused on Generative AI (GenAI), synthetic data creation and Large Language Models (LLMs) to power next-generation self-driving simulation technology.

You’ll work closely with engineers, product teams and industry partners to build AI systems that generate high-fidelity training data for complex B2B scenarios, such as cargo movement, hazardous materials transport, port operations and other high-stakes industrial environments.

Essential skills:

• Exposure to GenAI frameworks and tools (LangChain/ synthetic data pipelines).
• Strong programming skills in Python or Rust.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs with a focus on simulation or robotics.
• Experience deploying ML/ AI workloads on Azure or a similar cloud platform.
• Understanding of deep learning, model architecture design and data preprocessing.

Day to day:

• Develop and fine-tune GenAI models to create realistic datasets for self-driving simulation.
• Build components that support data generation workflows, model training and evaluation.
• Integrate agentic AI components to automate scenario creation, labeling and simulation.
• Collaborate with simulation engineers to ensure generated data integrates seamlessly into production pipelines.
• Work with industry stakeholders to model specialised B2B environments (cargo handling, waste transport, port logistics etc).
• Continuously evaluate new AI technologies to enhance realism, scalability and performance.
