Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the client to align expectations and negotiate solutions
- Lead teams through standups
- Get requirements, elaborate them, help team with estimating those, present in form of grant charts
- Compile weekly reports on team achievements
- Structure requirements in the defined project structure
- Work with the Delivery Manager and Team Leads to realign the project when plans mismatch reality
- Track progress, issues, blockers, and risks using JIRA
- Support teams in navigating through scope and resolving blockers
- Maintain JIRA structure creation and updates
- Help Delivery Manager stay informed on project status
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Delivery Operations
- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate agile teams
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence or similar tools
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, including Sprints, Epics, and Stories
- General understanding of Test Automation Framework structures
- Basic experience with computer games to understand relevant terminology
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of 3D and 2D graphics
- General understanding of programming languages such as C++, .NET, or Python
