We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our IT team. In this role, you will focus on customizing and developing Odoo ERP modules and creating innovative software solutions to optimize and automate key business processes. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with business operations, driving efficiency and growth.

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules to support operations such as manufacturing, inventory, and logistics.


• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Odoo-based solutions.


• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation within Odoo.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo customizations.


• Document development processes, technical specifications, and user guides.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and improve Odoo functionalities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on understanding business processes.


• Experience with software development (Odoo, Python, or JavaScript preferred).


• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


• You communicate fluently in English and are able understand complex topics in German


• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL).


• Knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
