Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders (business users, project managers, and technical teams) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
  • Conduct process analysis and map out existing workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with business users to ensure requirements align with business goals and strategic objectives.
  • Analyze and assess current banking systems and processes, recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to determine the potential impact of new projects or system changes.
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new banking systems or enhancements to existing systems.
  • Support testing activities, including test case preparation, execution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on system functionality and business processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and business stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the banking industry, ensuring the business remains competitive.
