Project Manager – Subdivisions | $150k–$230k + Super | WA Civil Contractor
The Opportunity
Join a leading civil construction contractor delivering large-scale commercial and residential land development projects across WA. With a strong pipeline of work, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee subdivision projects from planning through to completion. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary, career progression, and a collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of subdivision projects including earthworks, services, roads, and landscaping.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and contractual requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and local authorities.
- Mentor and support project engineers and site supervisors.
About You
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience managing commercial and residential subdivision projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of land development and civil standards.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- WA working rights required.
