The Opportunity

Join a leading civil construction contractor delivering large-scale commercial and residential land development projects across WA. With a strong pipeline of work, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee subdivision projects from planning through to completion. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of subdivision projects including earthworks, services, roads, and landscaping.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and contractual requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and local authorities.
• Mentor and support project engineers and site supervisors.

About You

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience managing commercial and residential subdivision projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of land development and civil standards.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• WA working rights required.
