We're hiring an additional Onboarding Manager!

The Onboarding Manager is a strategic customer success role responsible for guiding Prophet customers from contract signature through to Go Live, ensuring new customers realise value from Prophet as quickly as possible.


You'll manage multiple concurrent on-boardings, coordinate across Data Engineering, Data Science teams and SysOps teams and serve as the customer's primary point of contact during this critical phase.

This is a high-impact role where you'll directly influence customer satisfaction, time-to-value, and Prophet's ability to scale.


What you'll be doing

🎯 Deliver Fast, High Quality Customer Onboarding & Activation

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process from discovery through to model deployment
  • Manage multiple concurrent customer onboardings while maintaining quality and timeline commitments
  • Run kickoff calls, discovery sessions, and structured milestone check-ins throughout the onboarding journey
  • Coordinate data collection across marketing spend, media exposure, and commercial data sources
  • Work closely with Data Engineering on ingestion and transformation, and Data Science on model builds and UAT

📈 Value Realisation & Adoption

  • Ensure customers achieve their first meaningful business outcomes within defined timeframes
  • Guide customers on interpreting initial Prophet model outputs and reports
  • Support customers in understanding platform capabilities and potential use cases
  • Help surface early actionable insights that demonstrate platform value

🤝 Drive Proactive Communication

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for customers during onboarding
  • Identify and address potential blockers before they impact timelines
  • Keep customers informed on progress, dependencies, and next steps at every stage
  • Work with Marketing Science team to ensure a seamless transition from Onboarding to Run

🔄 Build Scalable Processes

  • Document and refine playbooks for all core onboarding workflows
  • Create reusable customer-facing materials for common scenarios (multi-source data setup, model interpretation guidance, etc.)
  • Continuously improve processes based on customer feedback and friction analysis
  • Capture product feedback and expansion opportunities during onboarding to inform roadmap and account growth


What Success Looks Like

  • Customers complete onboarding efficiently and transition to active platform usage
  • High onboarding completion rates with minimal time-to-first-value
  • Customers demonstrate early engagement with core platform features
  • Smooth transitions from onboarding to ongoing customer success management
  • High customer satisfaction scores during onboarding phase
  • Clear documentation of onboarding insights that drive product improvements


What you bring

  • Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or project management in a SaaS, martech, or data/analytics environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without dropping balls
  • Strong communication skills - you can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and hold customers accountable to their responsibilities
  • Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and a bias for proactive problem-solving
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working with customers who have messy or delayed data
  • Familiarity with marketing data (media spend, digital analytics, sales/commercial data) is a plus
  • Experience with Linear, Notion, or similar project management tools
