We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and insights across the organization. This role is ideal for candidates early in their analytics career who enjoy working with data, discovering patterns, and helping teams make informed decisions in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Assist with metrics tracking, performance analysis, and business reporting
• Support data quality checks and documentation of data definitions
• Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams on data-driven questions
• Help automate recurring data tasks using spreadsheets, BI tools, or simple scripts
• Document processes, assumptions, and analytical methodologies

• Experience or education in data analytics, statistics, business, computer science, or related fields (internships included)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation
• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
• Understanding of basic analytical concepts: KPIs, data cleaning, visualization, descriptive statistics

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to present insights clearly to non-technical audiences
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
