They are currently seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with strong front-end expertise to join their team. This role is ideal for developers who thrive in full-stack environments, especially those with deep experience in React, TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend-Focused Fullstack Engineering

• Design and develop user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Translate product requirements into responsive and accessible UI components.
• Ensure a seamless user experience through thoughtful design and interaction.
  
  

Backend Collaboration & Support

• Collaborate with backend developers on API integrations and data flow.
• Contribute to backend logic and services using Ruby on Rails, or be willing to learn and support backend development as needed.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles to ensure scalable and maintainable code.
  
  

Quality & Testing

• Maintain code quality through unit testing and integration testing.
• Work with or be open to learning testing frameworks such as Playwright and Cypress.
  
  

Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineers.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and support team growth.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering best practices and technical processes.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

Educational Attainment:

• Technical degree or background in electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or related fields.
  
  

Experience Level:

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in software development.
• Strong experience in fullstack development, with emphasis on frontend technologies.
• Expertise in React and TypeScript is required (5+ years).
• Solid object-oriented programming skills.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails is highly preferred (or strong interest in learning it).
• Experience with Playwright or Cypress is a plus.
  
  

Technical Capabilities:

• Strong fullstack coding ability, with an emphasis on frontend user interfaces.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and modern deployment pipelines.

• Fluent English (C2+ level required).
• Clear and proactive communicator in remote, cross-cultural environments.

Compensation And Benefits

This role offers a competitive monthly salary between 6,500 – 7,500 USD, along with important benefits, including equipment, vacations policy and local holidays policy, access to a bonus based on performance.
