We’re inspired to work with healthcare leaders on our founding vision and unlock world-class medicine through world-class operations.
About The Role
- We’re looking for a resourceful, research-driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer to partner closely with our Talent Partners and hiring managers to build high-quality candidate pipelines across critical roles. In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging top-tier talent, with a focus on passive candidates, and helping us make smart, inclusive hiring decisions. Your work will be foundational to helping us scale thoughtfully and stay ahead in a competitive talent market.
- This isn’t just about sending InMails—it’s about understanding what great looks like, mapping the market, and crafting outreach that resonates.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates across a variety of roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub/Lab, Stack Overflow, Kaggle, X-Ray, ATS databases, and custom research.
- Provide consistent updates on pipeline health, market insights, and sourcing challenges, helping inform data-driven hiring strategies.
- Help drive inclusive hiring by proactively identifying and reaching out to candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in our sourcing processes, tools, and employer brand presence in targeted talent communities.
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven success sourcing deeply technical roles—software engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, ML/AI, and product—across multiple levels.
- Technical literacy in modern engineering stacks and concepts (e.g., cloud fundamentals, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, SDLC).
- Comfort navigating sourcing platforms, Boolean searches, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Ability to translate engineering/technical requirements into actionable sourcing criteria.
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS/GCP/Azure) and common developer tools (GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
- Strong communication skills—written and verbal—with a knack for crafting outreach that actually gets responses.
- Curiosity, persistence, and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunity.
- You’ll help shape the future of how we hire—bringing in the talent that fuels everything we do.
- You’ll be part of a collaborative, values-driven team that genuinely cares about quality, equity, and long-term success.
- You’ll grow your craft and your impact alongside leaders who see sourcing as a strategic cornerstone of talent acquisition.
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
- Background in Generative AI, Engineering, Data Science or web3
- International sourcing experience (Canada, USA, Latin America)
