You'll design experiences where AI assists millions of users in complex remote support scenarios, balancing autonomous capabilities with human control, clarity with simplicity, and innovation with usability. As a Senior Product Designer on TeamViewer's design team, you'll tackle one of design's most exciting frontiers: making intelligent automation feel natural and trustworthy. You'll design experiences where AI assists millions of users in complex remote support scenarios, balancing autonomous capabilities with human control, clarity with simplicity, and innovation with usability. - Own End-to-End Design for AI Feature
- Translate Complex AI Capabilities into Intuitive Experiences
- Communicate Design Vision and Rationale
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in software or digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work—from research and ideation through shipped products
- Proven ability to design for complex, technical products or workflows
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product management teams
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technical tools
- Systems thinking approach—demonstrated ability to design at scale across multiple surfaces, platforms, or product areas
- Enthusiasm for being an early mover in AI/UX design and defining new interaction paradigms
