For our Wealth Management Team in Austria we are looking for a
Wealth Management CEE Relationship Manager
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients / assets and develop / manage overall client relationship
- Act within professional, legal and ethical boundaries and guidelines, observing all internal and external compliance regulations and code of ethics and conduct; flagging and managing reputational risks and conflicts issues
- Develop the growth strategy for the location/team, ensuring prospecting co-ordination, cultivating centers of influence, etc. to enable and focus Relationship Manager activity
- Work in close co-operation with Investment Management and Product team heads to define ways to deliver against business targets
- Drive own & team’s collaboration and effective coordination with Investment Managers to deliver high quality services to clients
- Ensure that the service approach and product offerings consistently reflect Wealth Management’s business model and adhere to the approved value proposition
- Seasoned experience as a Relationship Manager in CEE
- Business development experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a good understanding of the governing regulatory framework, including but not limited to applicable confidentiality / secrecy / data protection regulations and cross border rules where relevant
- Relevant local licenses and qualifications (where applicable)
- Fluency (written and oral) in English and the principal local language required; other languages are a plus

- The annual base salary for this position starts at € 100,000.- gross for full time. However, your final compensation will depend on your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience.
