About The Role
As a Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will lead the change management and functional PMO activities for the transition to next-generation web architecture (MACH). You will be a valued member of our delivery team, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of composable web solutions and successful project outcomes.
In This Role, You Will
- Manage the change management process effectively throughout the transition.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Create detailed project plans and track progress.
- Use verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Strong experience in change management.
- Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry.
- Technical expertise in Drupal and other leading CMS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Familiarity with MACH architecture and composable web concepts.
- Experience managing complex digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
