Your mission


As the Senior Product Designer at Bisly, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, elegant, and user-centred experiences across our Bisly Single Cloud Platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to turn complex workflows into simple and scalable solutions for our customers and partners. You’ll play a key role in shaping how installers, partners, and building owners interact with our technology, helping make smart buildings more intuitive to build, manage, and live in.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery;
  • Translate product requirements and user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals;
  • Design and maintain scalable design systems and UI libraries;
  • Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and a high standard of implementation;
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design decisions
  • Advocate for the user at every step and promote user-centred design principles across the company;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the user experience across all Bisly interfaces, from configurator tools to mobile apps to partner portals.


To succeed in this role, you'll have


  • 3+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to design complex digital products with clarity and elegance;
  • Proficiency in Figma, and a good understanding of component-based design systems;
  • Experience working with engineers to ship high-quality products;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think in systems;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • A user-first mindset and the ability to translate technical workflows into human-friendly experiences;


  • Bonus points for: experience designing for industrial tools, configurators, or technical user groups (installers, engineers, technicians)
