Construction Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead design and construction projects across the EMEA region. If you enjoy managing complex projects, collaborating with international teams, and delivering high-quality technical solutions, this role offers both challenge and growth.

We are looking to fill both English and Estonian speaking roles.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate designers, contractors, and partners throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop engineering solutions that support project goals
• Plan and manage schedules, budgets, and resources
• Ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery
• Prepare offers, agreements, tenders, and client documentation
• Oversee permits, reporting, and handover processes
• Build strong partnerships with clients and actively contribute to company development

What We’re Looking For

• Higher education in engineering or a technical field
• 3–5+ years of experience in construction-related project management
• Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with planning design and construction schedules
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency with relevant tools: Outlook, MS Office, MS Project, Dalux, Autocad, Smartsheet
• Knowledge of Estonian planning processes is a plus
