We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our Platform team. You will contribute to our core application logic, design scalable APIs, and help optimize our data architecture. You will be a key member of the team, building features and improvements that directly impact thousands of users daily.

You act as a core contributor to our backend services. You are responsible for writing high-quality code, solving complex architectural challenges, and ensuring our application performs well under load.

• Core Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain robust APIs and business logic using Python and Django.
• Database & Architecture: Design efficient data models and optimize database performance (PostgreSQL). You ensure our data layer is scalable and consistent.
• Quality & Standards: Champion clean code, automated testing, and code reviews. You help maintain a high bar for software quality within the team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and the Tech Lead to turn complex requirements into technical solutions.

Must-have:

• Deep understanding of Python and Django
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English.

Should-have:

• Experience with Docker and containerized development.
• Basic understanding of cloud environments (AWS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with automated testing tools

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of modern Frontend frameworks (React/TypeScript) to understand the full stack.
• Experience in the construction industry.
