We are looking for a Project Manager

What you’ll do: Each day will bring new challenges but the Project Manager’s daily activities will be working closely with Professional Services’ project teams and customers to manage implementation projects’ timelines, budgets,, risks, and project stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery. You will manage multiple engagements simultaneously, understand the customer’s deadlines and be responsible for overall project delivery and artifacts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a highly satisfactory client experience delivering a successful project implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans and project artifacts according to Jitterbit’s Project Management methodology.
• Coordinate project meetings and sets expectations across project stakeholders as well as identifying and mitigating risks.
• Escalate identified issues to the appropriate stakeholders and manage issues to resolution
• Actively and regularly communicates project status inclusive of project percentage completed and burn rate.
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-5 years IT Project Management experience. Saas/ iPaaS experience a plus
• Strong attention to project deadlines and budgets
• Proven success working with all levels of management
• Client facing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Excel, Google Workspace. Experience with Smartsheet a plus
• Project Manager Certification (e.g PMP) a plus
• English C1/C2 proficiency - verbal and written
